Welcome to the Original My Wonder Woman Journal! We have created a journal to help you recognize your strengths and to see the Wonder Woman that you are because we are all Wonder Women. We want people to see that journaling with intention and purpose has more uses and benefits than any other tools. It can truly help us make sense of our world, and thoughts. Our hope is to create a place to educate, empower, uplift, and support one another with women’s issues, as well as bring awareness to postpartum depression and anxiety.
The goal of this journal is to recognize and celebrate your successes. We are not going to dwell on short comings and self shame. There is no right or wrong way to journal. A great place to being is making a list of your gratitude’s and your Wonder Woman moments of the day.
