If you are wanting to journal but don’t know where to start, listing your gratitude is a great place to begin. Journaling doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Simply take a few moments each day to track the things that make you feel grateful. It could be something as simple as breathing! Gratitude is one of the most healing processes to change you from your current state to the Wonder Woman that you really are! Bonus, there is also a space to write your Wonder Woman moments down too!
Gratitude is a magnet for miracles. When we have an attitude of gratitude we see that there’s enough, and when we celebrate our wonder woman moments we acknowledge that we are enough. In the introduction I made sure to elaborate and explain both of those perspectives. This journal was made to be a place to be intentional with our days. To see the good and to shift our perspective from a scarcity mind set to an abundance mind set.
